Information for Exhibitors

APLA 2014 provides you with the opportunity to showcase your company and your products to current and potential clients. It is the largest library conference held in Atlantic Canada. This is your opportunity to step into the spotlight with approximately 250 conference attendees.

• Spaces assigned on a first-come basis
• Prime exhibit spaces reserved for Quartz & Labradorite sponsors (see Sponsorship page for details)

• Single: Approx. 8 ft wide x 8 ft deep (includes 6 ft draped table)
• Double: Approx.16 ft wide x 8 ft deep (includes 2 x 6 ft draped tables)
• Includes: power source, Wifi

• Wednesday, June 4, 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
• Thursday, June 5, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Exhibits

• Wednesday, June 4, 10:15 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. – Grand Opening
• Wednesday, June 4, 11:00- 5:00 p.m.
• Thursday, June 5, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Tear-down

• Thursday, June 5, 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
