Are you an APLA member? Members benefit from a substantial discount on the conference registration fee, so be sure to join or renew your membership before you register!
Full registration fee includes the Opening Reception, breakfast on Wednesday (courtesy of CAUL), all lunches, coffee breaks, and the Merit Award Banquet. Single day sign up does not include the banquet, although banquet tickets may be purchased separately for $50.
Registration/Check-In Desk hours
Your registration package will be available for pick-up at the check-in desk on the second level at the Beauséjour Hotel.
- Tuesday June 3 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Wednesday June 4 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday June 5 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Online registration will end on Sunday June 1st. On-site (last minute) registration will take place at the registration table. Please note that only cheque or exact cash payment can be accepted for on-site registration. Registration before May 27th is strongly encouraged to allow the organizers to plan for meals and breaks.
Refunds of registration fees will incur a processing charge of $20. Requests for refunds received after May 27, 2014 cannot be accepted.

Hi Lynn! There are many different price points depending on whether you are an APLA member, and whether you register early or late (early bird pricing will end April 15th). So early bird prices will be $225/full conference with banquet, APLA member or 265$/full conference, non-member. If you do not plan to attend the banquet, the price is 200$/APLA members and $240/non-members. Day rates (For Wednesday or Thursday) are $110 for members, $130 for non-members. All registration details will be made available soon, when we launch registration on March 1st.
